This session will be moderated by Leslie Haines, editor of Oil and Gas Investor, and will include brief presentations by panelists (Marshall Adkins of Raymond James Financial, John Olson of Sanders Morris Harris, and Jim Baldauf of ASPO-USA) with extensive audience interaction.

B. The Oil Drum on Ghawar and Saudi Arabia
This session will present perspectives on recent and future Saudi production, featuring presentations for The Oil Drum by Stuart Staniford and Euan Mearns, moderated by Gail Tverberg (TOD).

Updating the Energy Return on Invested (EROI) inputs to Millennium Institute’s model, plus modeling results to date.Comments by moderator Dick Lawrence (ASPO-USA), Andrea Bassi (Millennium Institute), Professor Charlie Hall (State University of New York) and two SUNY students.

Three concurrent sessions that provide more opportunity for exchange between panelists and attendees in a smaller-group setting:

1. Smart Money and Peak Oil -- a discussion with a panel of experts, including Charles T. Maxwell, about investing in conventional, unconventional and alternative energy sources in a peak oil world.  (This is the Wednesday afternoon session, but keynoted by Charles Maxwell with repeat appearances by financial planners and ASPO-USA members Dick Vodra and Jim Hansen, and ASPO-USA's Jim Baldauf.) Leslie Haines, Editor of Oil and Gas Investor, will moderate.

2. Local and regional policy planning (transportation, coordination with state and feds; learning from the Portland Peak Oil Task Force case study)
