Pamela Tomski is Managing Partner of EnTech Strategies, LLC, a consulting firm based in Washington, D.C. that designs and helps clients implement energy technology commercialization and carbon management strategies. One of Pamela's key focus areas for over a decade has been carbon capture and storage (CCS) systems. She works both domestically and internationally on multiple facets of CCS technologies from the establishment of research and development (R&D) collaborations and funding strategies to education and capacity building, public outreach, policy and regulatory framework development and carbon management planning. Pamela serves as Director of the Research Experience in Carbon Sequestration (RECS), a unique summer research program on CCS and is Director of Education, Outreach and Regulatory Compliance for the Big Sky Carbon Sequestration Partnership. She is also a member of the U.S. delegation to the International Energy Agency’s CCS G8 working group and the author of numerous articles and publications on CCS and other energy technologies.
