Membership

ASPO-USA MEMBERSHIP

ASPO-USA is a non-profit, tax exempt, 501(c)(3) educational organization supported by tax deductible membership fees from individuals, non-profit groups, and corporations from across the country and around the world. We currently offer the following membership opportunities.

Benefactors

Our Benefactors include individuals and organizations that are able to make substantial commitments of time and resources to the long-term support of ASPO-USA’s educational mission. We work individually with our Benefactor members to structure special programs for the use and recognition of their major contributions. Life-time Benefactor Memberships begin at $10,000.

Patrons

Patron Members make substantial commitments of time and resources to ASPO-USA’s educational mission. We prominently acknowledge the significant support provided by Patron members on our website, at our conferences and in newsletter announcements. Life-time Patron Memberships begin at $5,000.

Founding 100 Members

This option allows individuals or corporations to earn permanent status as one of the original 100 major supporters of ASPO-USA. We will prominently acknowledge the significant support provided by members in this category on our website, at our conferences and in newsletter announcements. Life-time Founding 100 Memberships begin at $1500.

Corporate

This option allows corporations to show their support of the ASPO-USA mission. Corporations should have missions and objectives which are not inconsistent with the realities of declining fossil fuel resources. Corporate memberships are available at an annual rate of $1000.

Individual

Individuals can join ASPO-USA for $250.

Nonprofit

Nonprofit organizations can become ASPO-USA members for $150.

Student / Other

Full time students and others who want to join ASPO-USA can become contributors for $50. Please state your school or status when applying for this option. 

Supporters

Anyone who simply wishes to express support for ASPO-USA without becoming a member can do so. Your name will be added to our growing list of those from many backgrounds who are concerned about the preparedness of America and the world to manage the challenges which will accompany the unavoidable peak and decline in global petroleum production.
